BOOKING INFO
Please note that by using a card for payment, 3% of your total payment is deducted for third-party processing fees and is non-refundable.
Parties/events require a minimum of 8 people per party in order to book events.
Host/Client may show up 15 minutes early to set up for an event.
For events that have children, at least two parents and/or guardians must be present to help out
Deposits
*Any parties/events must be booked two weeks in advance, and must pay the deposit upon booking. Failure to pay deposit will result in event space and date/time not being secured.
Cancellations
*Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the event
No-shows to events will be charged the full amount of event
Acme Art Studio is not liable for any bodily harm/damage that occurs during event period due to negligence of client or participants of event
Any major property damage caused by client and/or participants of an event may be subject to a fee or further legal action.
