FAQ
We understand everyone has personal things that may come up where they cannot attend class anymore or their child may have lost interest. Depending on the class program you chose to enroll your child in, the refund will differ for each program.
If you choose the 1 month class program, no refund will be offered. For the yearly classes that include bonus free classes, depending on how many classes you took some bonus classes will still apply. Please see our management if you decide for a refund and we can tell you the amount. The registration fee of $35 will not be refunded for all programs. If you quit our program and join again with 6 months, there will no registration fee. Any time after the 6 months, the registration fee of $35 will be applied.
Please notify the school as early as possible in case of absence. With the exception of emergencies. Students who are absent without notice or for unknown reasons will have a lesson deducted.
We do have a make up time period for classes missed. Depending on the package you picked, the make up time varies. Classes do have expiration time, so we hope students do not miss too many classes.
We do give a period of time at the end of your session end date to complete the classes you missed. You are more than welcome to also come at another class time that matches your child's level to make up a class. You can also come more than once a week to make up.
But please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure that the other class time has space. We do not allow just showing up for a class time you did not sign up for. If that was to happen and there is space, we will allow you to join. But if the class is full, the priority goes to the students who are enrolled for that time.
