Certain actions that you may choose to take on the Site, such as booking a class or party/event, require you to provide information, including information that personally identifies you.
Identity Information includes, but is not limited to: your name, phone number, email address, and home postal address, but does not include your credit card number or billing information. In order to process some of your transactions through the Site we may also ask for your credit card number and other billing information ("Billing Information") (Identity Information and Billing Information together are referred to as "Personal Information."). If the address of a listing you post matches that of your credit card billing address, that address would be considered Identity Information.
Some personal Information must be provided to use aspects of the Site or Service. For example, your name and email address are required to set up an account. Other Personal Information may be optional, depending on the manner in which you use the Site or Service.
How We Use Personal Information
Acme Art Studio will not in any way use any of your personal information outside of its intended purpose. We will only use your personal information to provide services listed on our site. We will not transfer or sell your personal information to any third parties.

Terms used herein refers to “we”, “us”, "Program," and “Studio” for [Acme Art Studio and Acme Art Studio: CREATE], and “you”, “host” or “party” for [the person booking the event and or individual present for the event/class]. "School Policies" specifically refer to parents and student of parents that have registered to take classes at Acme. The following details Acme Art Studio’s agreement with the individual who participates in events and/or classes at the studio space whether at our school, or at our CREATE Studio. By booking an event or taking a class with us, you agree that you have fully read and understand the terms and conditions, and agree to the terms below.
SCHOOL POLICIES
Classes [For Students and Parents/Guardians of Students Only]
New students
Parents of new students who wish to try out our programs will be offered one free class, free of charge.
Attendance/Absence/Make-up Classes
(For Parents)
It is the obligation of the parent to notify the studio should the student miss class in the case of absences. With the exception of emergencies, students that miss classes will have a lesson deducted.
We do not allow walk-ins for new students, as our priority is to provide lessons to currently enrolled students. Exceptions may be made however, given availability.
Make-up classes for students can be taken more than once a week, and we welcome students of any level to come in during available class times of the same levels.
Enrollment Requirements
After the free tryout class, before enrolling in art lessons, parents will need to have the following completed:

PickUp/Drop Off Of Students
Parents/Guardians are required to come inside the school to pick up and drop off their child. We do not allow students to go outside on their own to be picked up for safety reasons.
Also, please let the school know if someone other than the parents will be picking the child up. If the staff or child doesn't recognize the person picking them up, we will call parents to confirm. Until confirmed, the child will have to stay at the school.
Refund Policy
Refunds for classes are case by case, and depend on the program chosen. Please contact our management team and we will then figure out what refund amount is owed. The registration fee of $35 will not be refunded. Students of families who have quit the program for 6 months or more must pay the registration fee again.
Disclaimer
The school reserves the right to withdraw a student from class if they severely impact the classroom on multiple occasions. For example: fighting with another student, bullying, or disrespecting their teacher or peers and disrupting class.
Acme Art Studio will not be responsible for any articles students bring to the program, in the case that it gets lost or stolen (Cell phones, iPads, kids personal belongings). We will do our best to help in this circumstance to keep the items if found, but will not be liable for any damages or loss to these personal items.
Although we request your cooperation in not disturbing the class while it's in progress, parents are always welcome to visit during class time. There will be seating in the front area for parents to wait. If you would like to see your child or speak to the teacher, please let our front desk know.
In registering for our program, you agree and consent to the following:
in the event that your child misbehaves or is sick and needs to be sent home, you agree to pick up him/her.
You acknowledge and are aware that there are certain risks of injury and/or damage inherent in Program activities. You will assume Risk of Injury or Damage. Our staff and teachers will do our best to prevent it if possible.
A one-time registration fee of $35.00 for one child will be charged at the beginning of the first class. Registration is non-refundable. This fee is to keep a seat available for your child in our class and to cover the supplies.
You authorize the school to use photographs, films, tapes or other likenesses of Minor's physical image and/or voice as may be needed to use with Program's publicity materials. At times, we will take pictures of your child. They will be used for the communication between school and parents, events or online posts to share your child's work. Please let the staff or teacher know if you prohibit this and we will do our best to not include your child.
Acme Art Studio: CREATE & Studio Events Policies
Private Parties/events require a minimum of 8 people per party (including the host) in order to book events. Parties of 12 people or more will available to book as a private event in order to give our clients a more intimate, quiet experience and space.
Host may show up 15 minutes early to set up for an event.
For events with a group of more than 20 people, please contact us for assistance in booking the event. We will do our best to accommodate larger parties, but we cannot guarantee bookings for every group larger than 20 people.
For Host/Attendees
By purchasing and/or utilizing in our services, I am agreeing and giving consent to us (ACME ART STUDIO CREATE) to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish photographic portraits, pictures or video of me or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, which are taken in connection with the Event (the “Photos”), of composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations from time to time, made through any medium at its studios or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known for promotion, art, advertising, or any other purpose whatsoever. I also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
FOR CHILDRENS EVENTS
For childrens' parties, we require at least (2) parents on property to supervise the group. One parent per family may accompany their child to the event. We understand that all parents love to be at their children's events, however, we limit the amount of people in the event space to prevent overcapacity and also as a safety precaution.
Booking and Payments
Please note that by using a card for payment, 3% of your total payment is deducted for third-party processing fees and is non-refundable.
In order to book an event/party with us, you are required to register an account with us and have a card on file. You are required to enter any necessary complete and truthful information that is important to booking your event such as but may not be limited to: Your complete name, and contact information such as phone number and email address, as well as billing information as required to complete payment for the deposit. You may choose to pay for the remaining payment online in advance before the event and/or in person before the event. You have up until 72 hours before the event to pay the remaining fee in order to have use of our event space. If we do not receive payment from you 72 hours before the event, we will attempt to contact you regarding paying the remaining total in order to rent our event space. Failure to pay the remaining amount of your bill may result in losing your reservation of our event space.
It is the party’s obligation to inform Acme Art Studio of any change in date or time for the event/party in the case that changes need to be made. If a different date and/or time is available to make said change, we will then make the appropriate change to the event date and time. We are not responsible for any loss of reservations of said party being unable to secure a reservation for the event due to the negligence of the party in not informing us of any changes.
Extending Hours For A Party
A total of (1) extra hour max is allowed for extending your party period, provided we have the time available. Payment for extension must be made either before the event time, or at the start of your event at the latest and paid for at that time. We cannot guarantee all requests and last minute party extensions.
Deposits
Please note that deposits will be non-refundable.
A Card is required to be on file on our website in order to book your event.
*Any parties/events must be booked two weeks in advance, and must pay the deposit upon booking. Failure to pay deposit will result in event space and date/time not being secured.
Single Session Reservations
Availability
Please note that session times are available during open studio hours and non-private party reservations. Slot times may fill up due to reservations being at capacity. [Single Session Reservations]: In the event there is a booking issue and the chosen slot time is not available, we will contact you to reschedule your slot.
Project Completion
Those working on paintings have a total of (1) month to finish the project they chose. During the time the individual is working on a canvas, the art will be stored at our CREATE studio.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
*Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least (72 hours) before the date and time of the event.
No-shows or cancellations with less than a 24-hour window before events will be charged the full amount 50% of the event to cover the cost of event space and supplies.
If a host has booked an event with us and would like to request a refund, it is the obligation of the host to reach out to us to clearly and concisely state their need for a refund. Refunds for an event are dependent on the circumstance, whether it's due to rescheduling, postponement, full cancellation, or other unique circumstances. Refunds must be requested BEFORE the scheduled time of the event. If the event is rescheduled, the reservation will be honored for the next available event date. *If the event is canceled due to an unforeseen issue on the studio’s end, the reservation fee will be refunded in full. For all other full cancellations that are approved, refunds will be given with the exception of the deposit fee, of which is agreed upon at the time during the reservation booking. We will respond to refund requests within (5) business days for those who have paid using credit.
Once refunds are processed, it may take 3-5 days to reach your bank, and may take up to 20 days to reach your account.
Disclaimer
Acme Art Studio and Acme Art Studio: CREATE reserves the right to refuse the right to refuse service to anyone, regardless or race, religion, age, or sexual orientation.
Please note that in choosing to participate in activities with us that involve paint, there may be accidents that can lead to painting or other materials on clothing. We will be providing attendees with aprons, but cannot guarantee that paint or other materials won't get on articles of clothing. Acme is not responsible for any ruined articles of clothing.
In booking an event with us, you are agreeing to use our studio space, and the host/attendees agree to behave in a respectable manner. Any inappropriateness and/or violence is not allowed and may result in host/attendees being released from the event with no refund.
Acme Art Studio: CREATE has a zero tolerance policy for violence and bullying. Any such behavior may result in host/attendees/or students being expelled from the studio.
Acme Art Studio: CREATE is not liable for any outside food or drink that is brought in that may cause attendees any food and/or contact allergies. Furthermore, the studio is not responsible for any misplaced or lost items, bodily harm/damage that occurs during event period due to negligence of client or attendees of the event. Any major property damage caused by the host and/or attendees of an event may be subject to a fee or further legal action.
